About RideNWA

Andrew Pierce – Lead Guide
Born and raised in Massachusetts where the passion for biking started. From going on epic rides on BMX bikes all over the state as a child to now riding over 100 miles a week on the trails of Northwest Arkansas. In 2021 Andrew dropped everything to move to Northwest Arkansas (a place he had never even visited until he moved here). His goal was to pursue a career in mountain biking and share his knowledge of trails and mountain biking with the visitors of Northwest Arkansas to ensure everyone has a safe fun time riding here. Andrew spent his career in operations management for 17 years where he developed skills in planning, organizing, and ensuring a safe, fun, and enjoyable place to work. Andrew brings a unique perspective as his management background allows him to adapt to individual personalities and skill levels out on the trails and build out the best experience possible to all mountain bikers visiting Northwest Arkansas.

Justice Berry – Instructor and Guide
Anything with two wheels has always found ways to speak to Justice the way nothing else could. From a very young age that was made apparent. Justice’s passion for bikes started on his fourth birthday when his dad pulled up on his Kawasaki KZ1000 and unstrapped his very first brand new bike off the back of it. It was from that day forward that he knew he wanted to be involved with two wheels. As the years progressed and children were growing into teenagers, bikes fell by the wayside. Cars and sports like basketball and football took over the front seat with football ultimately taking the wheel. For the last six years, Justice has co-owned and managed Limitless Innovative Solutions, LLC – LIS Audio located in Spring Hill, Kansas. In the time since the start of the business, they have been successful in achieving the Mobile Electronics Top50 award four years in a row. In that same six year stretch Justice had been reintroduced to the cycling industry. He made a name for himself free riding and racing electric mountain bikes. If you check out @justice_jax_berry on Instagram, you’ll see just that. After rekindling his love for cycling his focus became doing what he could to share his experience cycling, with everyone else. That focus led to a relocation from his native Kansas City area to Northwest Arkansas in the Spring of 2022. Arriving in the Bentonville area with the drive to get more people on bikes, Justice has teamed up with Ride NWA to facilitate Ride Tours and Skills Training.
